There is a 50% chance that any UR or SR rarity Photo you pull will be a "Starry Halloween Party" Photo.
For this Photo Shoot, your first pull of the 11-Shot Photo Shoot guarantees at least one "Starry Halloween Party" first half Photo.
Also, to coincide with this Photo Shoot, the new "Halloween Party" Wallpaper has been added to the Item Shop. The "Halloween Party" Wallpaper can be exchanged for 1x Premium Medal.
The "Halloween Party" Wallpaper will still be available for purchase from the Item Shop after the "Starry Halloween Party" Photo Shoot has finished.
